At TheFrankDeLuca and the DeLuca Designs Business Academy (DDBA), we help everyday people turn their product ideas into real businesses in under 90 days using a proven blueprint that’s launched multiple 6-figure brands — some even gaining the attention of Sharks from Shark Tank.
We’re growing fast, and we need an Appointment Setter who can qualify serious leads, guide meaningful conversations, and set calls that change lives.
This role is ideal for someone who’s hungry, coachable, and committed to mastering high-income communication skills. You’ll be trained directly in the NEPQ sales methodology, and work alongside a world-class team helping inventors break free from the 9-5.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and engage with inbound leads via Instagram, Facebook, TikTok DMs, and comment replies
Follow structured conversation flows (NEPQ-style) to qualify leads
Score and tag leads using our lead management system
Overcome light objections, identify pain points, and gauge fit for our program
Set qualified sales calls for our closers (Trajen, Lane, etc.)
Communicate with the team daily on pipeline health and performance
Track leads and conversions inside our CRM and SOP sheets
Maintain professionalism while mirroring Frank’s voice and values
Ideal Candidate Has:
Strong written communication skills and emotional intelligence
A desire to grow in high-ticket sales and entrepreneurship
Experience with DMs, social outreach, or setting appointments (a plus)
Coachability, consistency, and daily activity discipline
Comfortable working inside ClickUp, Slack, GDrive, and CRM platforms
A hunger to become a top performer and valuable asset to the team

Position Details:
Part-Time to Start (3–5 hours/day)
Paid per qualified set + performance-based bonuses
Fully remote, U.S. time zone alignment preferred
Must be available daily to respond to DMs in real-time windows
Growth potential into full-time role with higher commissions
