At TheFrankDeLuca and the DeLuca Designs Business Academy, we help everyday people turn their product ideas into thriving 6-figure businesses through our proven 90-day blueprint. Our content fuels our growth, and we're looking for a highly skilled, creative, and reliable video editor to join our team and make our videos unforgettable.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a versatile Long & Short Form Video Editor who can take our raw content and turn it into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and engaging long-form YouTube and course content. You'll work closely with our creative and content teams to bring our vision, mission, and product stories to life.
This is not just about cutting clips — it’s about storytelling, branding, and capturing attention in the first 3 seconds.
Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts (daily/weekly cadence)
Edit long-form content for YouTube, course modules, and video sales letters (VSLs)
Add motion graphics, captions, effects, sound design, and branding elements
Cut raw Zoom/voiceover files into structured story-based clips
Collaborate with our marketing team to produce assets that drive engagement, sales, and brand authority
Organize content in Google Drive and maintain clear version control
Ensure consistency with visual identity and tone across all platforms
Ideal Candidate Has:
Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form content (portfolio required)
Advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
Mastery of vertical formatting, native platform styles, pacing, and hooks
Familiarity with online business, e-commerce, or info-product editing styles (Russell Brunson / Alex Hormozi vibes a bonus)
Strong eye for detail and a fast turnaround time
Ability to work independently but also take direction and implement feedback quickly
Creative problem solver who can make videos look world-class even with limited assets
Excellent time management and communication skills
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience editing video for product launches or online courses
Understand storytelling frameworks for social media (Hook-Story-Offer, Epiphany Bridge, etc.)
Can create thumbnail images, YouTube titles, or ad variations if needed
Are familiar with Slack, ClickUp, GDrive, Whop, or Notion for project coordination
Position Details:
Part-Time to Start (15–25 hours/week) with room for growth
Fully remote, flexible schedule (but must meet weekly deadlines)
Competitive hourly rate or project-based packages
Opportunity to grow into a full-time Lead Editor role
How to Apply:
Your portfolio (short-form + long-form examples required)
A quick intro video (under 2 minutes) explaining why you’re a great fit
Your desired hourly or project rate
Bonus: Your favorite creator or editing style you admire
